Scholarship Reception

Not too long ago, I had the pleasure of being awarded a scholarship from Collin County's Teen Court and the Collin County Defense Lawyer Association.Honestly, how many people can say that? Its really neat. Anyways, I just wanted to take time to thank everyone who has been involved. Big thanks to my parents for encouraging me to start volunteering for the Teen Court. Thank you Mrs. Monge and Mr. Therrian for mentoring me and cultivating my interest in law through the teen court sessions. And finally, thank you Mrs. Ferguson for being an amazing mentor and for putting in a good word with the association. Without the support of all these people, not only would I not have gotten this scholarship but I also wouldn't be the same person. I promise to make you all proud beyond my teenage years extending into college and beyond.
