Last Friday was Final Presentation Night for the Liberty High School ISM. Although it was hectic at first, it eventually cooled down and went very smoothly, at least on my part. Since I had ISM fourth period, my fellow classmates and I were able to get an extra two hour head start on preparation. We got our things out of our cars (trifold, clothing, shoes, hairbrushes, table props, etc.), claimed tables, printed reserved signs, finished last minute details, and got dressed. During this time, we set up our tables, my table is pictured above, and helped others with anything they may need. We then made sure that all of our volunteers knew what to do and when. When it finally got to six o'clock, tons of people were filtering in. From then on, it was mostly explaining my field to guests and answering any questions they may have had. I constantly had a crowd! TIP FOR FUTURE ISM STUDENTS: KEEP A WATER BOTTLE AT YOUR TABLE, IT REALLY HELPED ME WHEN MY THROAT AND MOUTH GOT DRY. After we did our mentor introductions and thanks in the auditorium before we moved to our individual class rooms and gave our thirty to forty minutes speech! It is definitely a stress reliever that all of it is over, but honestly, the night went by so fast that I barely remember it!

I'd like to take a moment to thank everyone who not only came to see me, but came to the event as a whole! I would also like to thank my mentor Dr. Dunn for taking the time to come to the event and for teaching me this year. It meant a lot to me that he was there! Lastly, I'd like to thank my family for supporting me through the year, I know it was tough sometimes!
