Weekly Report 28: Chapter 1

For my ISM product, I have decided to write a book on the various types of work of a forensic psychiatrist. By doing this, I will be able to bring attention to the field and help individuals not highly educated on the subject understand it better. So far, I've finished the preface, table of contents, cover page, and chapter one of my book.

Chapter one is about evaluations of competency to stand trial. These evaluations are common for a forensic psychiatrist, so I decided it needed to be written about. After I created a template for my chapters and wrote the chapter, I had friends and family members who are strong in english and psychiatry go over it. Even after their edits, I made sure to present it to my mentor to look over to check for any content mistakes. With chapter 1 revised and edited, I plan on moving on to Chapter 2!
