After months of being in the ISM and Health Science program, I have learnt many things from both. While I learn about professionalism and psychology in ISM, I have been able to gather medical knowledge in the Health Science II program. For my Evidence of Learning report, I decided to share information about one of the most important things I've learnt about in the medical field: vitals. Vital signs are underestimated but are actually on of the most important numbers in the health science field. You can learn a lot about a patient from their blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, blood oxygen saturation, and temperature. To learn more about their importance and how they are taken in an hospital setting, click HERE to read my report!
